Endurance催化剂在长庆石化重油催化裂化装置上的应用

摘    要:由于生产调整,长庆石化公司140×104t/a重油催化裂化装置原料由常压渣油变为全减压渣油,原料密度增大、残炭含量增高,反应生焦量大,制约了装置的加工量。为此,试用了Endurance重油深度转化催化剂。该催化剂在对渣油原料深度转化的同时,可最大量地降低焦炭产率。试用结果表明:Endurance催化剂初活性较高,衰减慢,且持久活性表现良好,抗重金属污染能力强,催化剂性能稳定,一段转化率较好,回炼油量减少;重油裂解能力较强,可以显著提高轻柴油、液化气收率,但汽油产率略有下降;可降低汽油烯烃含量,同时会造成汽油辛烷值的降低(汽油烯烃含量下降约3个百分点,汽油辛烷值下降约1个单位),对轻柴油、液化气质量基本没有影响;可明显降低催化剂单耗,试用期间,催化剂平均单耗由原来的1.46kg/t原料下降至1.25kg/t原料。

Abstract:Due to production adjustment,a 140×10^4t/a heavy oil catalytic cracker in PetroChina Changqing Petrochemical Company switched away from using atmospheric residue to full-vacuum residue as feedstock.The increased density of the feedstock ,the higher content of carbon residue and the large output of coke constrained the unit's processing capacity.To solve these problems,teehnicians at the company introduced Endurance heavy oil deep-conversion catalyst on a trial basis,which can minimize the production of coke while achieving the deep conversion of residual oil.Application results show that Endurance catalyst's initial activity is high and activity attenuation is slow.The catalyst has good persistent activity,strong resistance to heavy metal pollution,stable performance,high first-stage conversion rate,lower amount of cycle oil and strong ability to crack heavy oil.It can significantly raise the yield of light diesel oil and liquefied petroleum gas but the yield of gasoline will drop slightly.The catalyst can reduce the content of olefin in gasoline but will also reduce the value of octane of gasoline (the content of olefin in gasoline will drop by about 3% and the value of octane will drop by about 1 unit).Basically ,it will not affect the quality of light diesel oil and liquefied petroleum gas.Compared with other types of catalysts,its dosage is considerably lower.During the trial application of the catalyst,the unit's average catalyst consumption dropped to 1.25kg per one ton of feedstock from 1.46kg.
