| 摘 要： | 简介了油改煤工程的基本概况及运行情况,分析了工程建设和生产中存在的问题并介绍了所采取的整改措施。根据油改煤工程投产后尚有较大数量的有效合成气(CO H2)可供利用的实际情况,对煤化工的发展提出了规划。

| Abstract: | The basic situation of the project for changing from oil to coal and its operation are described briefly,the problems are analyzed in the construction and production of the project,and the reform measures taken are given.Based on the actual situation that after the project goes on stream there is still a large quantity of the active syngas(CO H2) available,a plan is proposed for the growth of the chemical processing of coal. |
