摘    要:根据自动厚度控制的基本原理,结合单机架可逆冷轧的特点,给出了其厚度控制系统方案。分析研究了该厚度控制系统中的前馈AGC、Smith预估监控AGC、厚度计AGC和加减速厚度补偿,针对实际应用中遇到的问题,提出了具体的解决方案并在现场实施。应用结果表明,成品相对厚度精度优于±1%,满足了实际生产的要求。

Abstract:Based on the fundamental of auto gauge control, combined with the characteristics of reversible single stand cold rolling mill, the project of gauge control system is brought forward. The feed forward AGC, Smithpredict monitor AGC, GM-AGC,gauge compensation during acceleration and deceleration in the gauge control system are detailed analyzed and studied. Aiming at the problems encountered in practical application, specific solve schemes are presented and executed in site. The application result indicates that the relative gauge error of product is within ±1 %,satisfying the requirement of production.
