摘    要:以3-甲基苯酚、异丁烯为原料,酚铝为催化剂进行烷基化反应制备了3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚。较佳合成工艺条件为:催化剂的制备温度130℃,催化剂的用量为1.0%(重量比),反应温度135℃,反应时间3 h,收率达83.5%以上,同时进行了稳定性实验。

Abstract:3-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol was prepared from 3-methylphenol,isobutylene and in the presence of aluminum phenoxide catalyst. The influencing factors such as the quantity of catalyst and reaction time on yield were discussed. Under the optimized conditions: catalyst prepared temperature 130 ℃, the quantity of catalyst 1.0 %(wt), reaction temperature 135 ℃, reaction time 3 h, the yield of 3-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol reached up to 83.5 %. And a series of experience showed good repetitiveness and stability reaction.
