摘    要:进度计划、资源管理和成本控制是工程建设企业关注的问题,P3项目管理软件是目前实现工程进度管理的成熟软件之一。为提高项目管理水平,深圳前湾燃机电厂一期工程运用P3E/C开展项目进度管理。详细介绍编码方案、计划层次划分、计划编制和反馈控制整个项目管理生命周期的具体实施方法,总结该软件在工程项目管理4个方面作用:强化项目管理意识、整体协调工程工期、预见问题科学应对和优化工程进度。并指出软件在费用处理方面应加以完善。

Abstract:Project schedule, resources management and cost control were the factors that engineering construction enterprise concerned; P3 project management software was one of the mature software which carried out project schedule management currently. For the purpose of improving management ability, P3 E/C was applied in the first phase construction of Shenzhen Qianwan gas turbine power station in project progress management. Implementation of the whole project management lifecycle including coding plan, schedule levels, establishment and control of the schedule was described in detail. Four functions of the software on engineering project management are summarized: enhancing project management consciousness, arranging working period collectively, foreseeing problem and managing scientifically, and optimizing project schedule. Affirmative conclusion is elicited and further improvement in expense management is put forward.
