水布垭面板堆石坝主要施工技术综述

摘    要:清江水布垭水电站混凝土面板堆石坝最大坝高233 m,坝长660 m,大坝总填筑量为1 526万m3。为了减少河床覆盖层开挖量、节省投资,对其河床坝轴线上游40 m至下游155 m范围内的覆盖层进行了强夯处理,保留砂卵层10万m3,使直接工期提前1个月,为大坝安全度汛赢得了时间。施工中,采用挤压边墙、GPS,面板快速施工、防裂,铜止水连续成型机,剥肋滚压直螺纹连接等技术,改善了施工条件、提高了效率、保证了施工进度和质量、节省了投资。

Abstract:The maximum height of the Shuibuy CFRD is 233 m with a crest length of 660m and the overall quantities of 1526ten thousand m3.The layers are forced tamping from 40m of upper reachers of center line to 155m of lower reachers of center line for extacted quatities to cut down and investment to save.The quantities of the retained sand and gravel layers is 10ten thousahd m3.And the time limit of straight line is a month to be advanced.The time is sufficient for dam's flood season to tide over.The construction condition is improved and the efficiency is raised and the course and the quality is ensured,and the investment is saved by the constrution technology of crushing side wall?GPS?face slab constructing speedy and providing against rift?Cu stopping water woking?straight threed joining,etc.
