| 摘 要： | 我国自１９９６年以来，已连续六次下调利息，以扩大总需求，促进经济增长。但实际效果并不理想。本文就利息下调对刺激需求，促进经济增长的作用及制约利率发挥作用的因素作简要分析。

| Abstract: | The People's Bank of China has reduced the interest rate six times since 1996 in order to stimulate the aggregate demand and economic growth.But the effect is not satisfactory.In this paper the author analyzes the effect of interest rate and the factors which prevent intenest rate from playing its role. |
