硼氮共渗过程中碳氮原子活动规律研究

摘    要:硼氮共渗层具有硬度高、耐磨性好、耐蚀性强等特点,目前已在结构件和模具中广泛应用。选用A3钢和20钢,用X射线衍射仪和俄歇电子谱(AES)对渗层进行物相分析和成分分析.结果表明,在硼氮共渗过程中,碳原子和氮原子是独立扩散的,在渗层与基体之间产生聚集区,从而提高了渗层的强度。

Abstract:The boronitriding layer has the specialities of high hardness, good wearing resi stance and corrosion protection, so the boronitriding is used widely now. By mea ns of Auger Electron Spectrum(AES), X|rays diffraction, the composition and pha se structure of the boronitrided A3 steel and 20 steel are determined. These e xperimental results show that independent diffusion of carbon atom and nitrogen atom can produces the abundant area that can improves the layers strength in b oronitriding process.
