摘    要:在复杂地质条件下,针对缓倾斜厚煤层大断面石门揭煤距离长的特点,依据煤与瓦斯突出的综合假说和流变机理,准确探明煤层及瓦斯赋存情况,采用帮钻孔抽放截流;利用预抽和超前钻孔加大安全屏障,消除煤与瓦斯突出危险性和巷道周边集中应力;浅进浅掘方式揭穿煤,加强安全防护,采用前探支架配合注浆加固有效地防止悬煤垮落等系列措施,安全效果显著。

Technology of Long Distance Uncovering Coal Seam in Cross Cut With Large Section Under Complex Geological Condition
Abstract:Under the complicated geological conditions,in view of the characteristics of the gently inclined,thick coal seam,long distance and large section uncovering coal seam in cross cut,based on the hypothesis and rheological mechanism of coal and gas outburst,through proving accurate seam and gas bearing,the coal tunnel wall drilling is used for the gas drainage and closure.Using gas predrainage and advancing hole enlarges safety barrier,coal and gas outburst hazard and stress concentration around a tunnel are eliminated.Through using gradually crossing coal,strengthening the safety measures,the front support and grouting reinforcement,coal is prevented from breaking down falls ,The remarkable safe effect is verified.
