| 摘 要： | 以AT89C55WD为核心的乳化炸药超限报警仪.采用相应的监测参数采集模块设计了乳化炸药生产线安全监测系统.该系统可实现乳化炸药生产线电流,转速、温度、压力等参数的自动采集以及生产线和监测中心的声光报警。给出了系统的软硬件设计框图和详细工作原理.为乳化设备的安全可靠运行提供了保障。

| Abstract: | The exceeding-limit alarm of emulsion explosives taking AT89C55WD as the core,which designed product line of Emulsion Explosives adopting the corresponding collection module of monitoring parameter.That system can carry out to automatic collection of emulsion explosives production line electric current,rotate speed,temperature,pressure etc,and the sound and light alarm of the product line and the monitoring center.The hardware architecture,as well as the software flow chart and its principle were described in detail respectively.This design provided the guarantee the safety and steady running of emulsion instrument |
