论城市土地利用立体模式

针对我国城市建设在土地利用中存在的不能合理配置、有效利用土地的问题．通过比较城市土地开发平面扩张和立体扩张两种用地模式，借鉴其他国家在土地立体化开发方面的经验，论证我国城市土地应采用立体开发模式，并对城市土地资源利用立体化制度的设计作初步的尝试。

Exploration on Three-dimension Mode of Urban Land Development

In order to solve the problem of inefficientuse and allocation of land during the course of urban-ization in China, this article compares two modes ofurban land development, i.e. three dimension mode andplane mode, refers to the experience of three-dimensionmode of urban land development of foreign countries,argues for the necessary of the adoption of the threedimension mode of urban land development in Chinaand finally conceives the outline of the institution ofthe three-dimension mode of urban land developmentin China.
