摘    要:在物流传动系统中采用直线电机驱动,控制系统采用高速数字信号处理器,利用DSP的高速处理能力,可以实时完成高性能系统的复杂的控制算法,有助于进行传动系统的故障信息的获取与处理.使这种全数字物流传动系统的运行性能大大优于传统的物流推挂传输系统,从而在许多物流推挂传输系统中得到广泛的应用.本文将介绍该系统的速度测试和PID调节实现方法.

Abstract:This paper introduces a new push-type suspending conveyer system which is applied in wide range. The new system is driven by linear induction motor (LIM) and controlled by digital signal processor(DSP). Because there is no middle convertible equipment in system, it is a more superior way than traditional way, which is adopted with rotary motor to drive the system. Here we introduce the testing of it's speed and PID control.
