| 摘 要： | 通过对合肥市城市更新中旧城区改造与保护的系统分析,尝试在城市更新中对旧城区的形象、文脉进行保护和延续,在经济效益、社会效益和环境效益中寻求平衡,从而达到把握历史文脉,在城市更新中实现城市空间与城市文化的可持续发展,并对旧城区改造与保护的调控研究机制提出一些建议与观点。
