苯并咪唑的衍生物用作润滑油多功能添加剂的研究

摘    要:合成了S-(1-苯并咪唑-1)甲基N,N-二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸酯,并用IR、MS、^1HNMR和元素分析等方法进行结构表征,用四球试验、抗氧化安定性试验以及铜片腐蚀试验分别考察它对润滑油的抗磨及抗氧抗腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在350SN基础油中添加此剂可以显著降低四球长磨后的磨斑直径,有效地抑制油品氧化所出现的粘度增长及酸值变化,并较大地提高了基础油的抗腐蚀性能,可以作为润滑油多功能添加剂使用。

Abstract:S (1 benzimidazol 1) methyl N,N di n octyl dithiocarbamate was synthesized and its structure was characterized by IR, MS 1HNMR and element analyzer. Four ball machine, anti oxidation, DSC and copper strip corrosive tests were performed to study the anti wear, anti oxidation and anticorrosion properties of the said additive effects in 350SN base oil. The results showed that the additive could obviously reduce the diameters of the wear spots after four ball test; and effectively inhibit the viscosity increase and acid number change after oxidation; as well as improve the anticorrosion performance. The additive can be utilized as a multifunctional additive for lube oils.
