On the Main Problems in the Talent Education for College Freshmen Born after 1980 and the Countermeasures

In terms of the challenges facing the talent education for college freshmen born after 1980,and problems of college students in facing interpersonal communication,receiving frustrations and impact of receptive learning and innovative autonomous learning,this paper analyzes the problems facing innovative workers of ideology and politics,points out that it is necessary to take following measures to develop the talent education for freshmen: the group psychological consultation,the customization,characterization,and making of the brand of campus cultural activities,the introduction of project system,bidding system,and undertaking system in its implementation,the all-round development of campus cultural activities,the realization of regular and excellent event of large activities,making medium activities held in schools and specialized,and making small activities held regularly in communities.
