| 摘 要： | 对空袭目标的各因素进行了分析, 提出了目标威胁值是目标攻击意图与目标攻击能力的有机结合的思想, 并将模糊理论与神经网络相结合, 建立了目标威胁评估的数学模型, 为进行有效的目标威胁评估提供了一条思路.
