| 摘 要： | 随着现代物流在我国的发展,第三方物漉的作用越来越被重视,虽然我国目前已出现了许多从事物流的企业,但是组织方式的科学性,各环节协作的规范性,服务功能的多样性和服务质量都有所欠缺.为此,文章对第三方物流的主要执行者一运榆业、仓储业及信息业的组织、协作模式作了一些探讨.将我国物流业现状归纳为三种主要模式:即传统外包模式,联盟模式,综合模式,并分析了各模式的优缺点,时组织方式、职责分担等问题作了一些探讨.

| Abstract: | Along with logistics development in our country,the third logistics association's role has been paid more and more attention.Although nowadays there are many enterprises specialized at logistics,the scientificalness of orgnizing patterns,normalization of every connection's coorperation and multiformity of service function are more or less poor,deserving to be disscussed and practice. |
