摘    要:针对我国处理突发性水污染事件的现状,简要分析了突发性水污染事件导致的危害以及其可控性,提出亟待解决的有关问题,认为最有效的途径就是尽快建立并完善以国家确定的重要流域为单元的突发性水污染事件应急处理机制,并对这个机制的建设进行了初步的探讨.

Abstract:Aimed at the present situation of handling sudden accidents of water contamination in China, the authors analizes briefly the damage caused by sudden accidents of waster contamination and its controllability and puts forward related problems which need to handle urgently. The authors conclude that the most effective way is to establish as fast as possible and improve the emergency mechanism for handling sudden accidents of water contamination in major river basins. The authors also probe into the buiding of the mechanism.
