| 摘 要： | 针对我国气调保鲜装置控制精度不高的现状,在给定目标的前提下,研究了一种应用质量流量控制器来控制气体比例混合的新技术。利用模式识别技术,采用VB编写了具有良好人机界面的上位机程序;实现了对质量流量控制器的精确控制,使得不同比例气体可以任意地调节与组合,同时可以实时监控气体保鲜包装机的运行情况。该装置适用于多种被包装物品的保鲜包装要求。

| Abstract: | A new mass-flow controller system for the ratio of gas mixing was developed in this study.The PC program with good man-machine interface was written by VB according to pattern recognition technology.It could accurately control the mass-flow controller,adjust and mix gases with different ratios according to demands,and real-time monitor the operation of gas fresh-keeping packaging machine.This system could meet different demands of fresh-keeping packaging in many sites. |
