| 摘 要： | 对煤油-石蜡-Span80-NaOH乳化液膜处理苯二酚(对、邻、间苯二酚)水溶液的过程作了系统研究,当液膜组成为煤油85%、Span80 5%、石蜡10%、NaOH浓度为5%(均为质量百分比),油内比1∶1,乳水比1∶5(均为体积比),制乳速度为2500 r/min,乳水混合搅拌速率为250 r/min,萃取时间为20 min的条件下,苯二酚脱除率可达94%以上。

| Abstract: | The treatment of aqueous o-,p-,and m-dihydroxybenzene with kerosene-Span80-paraffin-NaOH aqueous emulsion liquid membrane was studied systematically.The removal rate of dihydroxybenzene was more than 94% at following conditions:the volume ratio of petroleum,Span80,paraffin waxes are 85%,5%,and 10%,respectively,the mass concentration of NaOH is 5%,the volume ratio of oil to inner phase is 1 ∶1,the volume ratio of emulsion to water is 1 ∶5,the emulsion-made speed is 2 500 r/min,the emulsion-solution mixing speed is 250 r/min,and the extraction time is 20 min. |
