摘    要:当四川白酒存在危机和问题时,特邀请了全国著名的权威、专家、企业负责人等,为川酒“会诊”,共同为四川白酒的发展出谋划策。川酒“小而全”问题较严重,酒业资源需好好整合;酒类科研、技术、管理、营销人才的不足。是制约四川酒业发展的重要因素;企业一定要重视应用技术基础的研究,基础研究对于生产工艺及产品质量、产量的提高具有关联性的重大作用。是企业发展的基点。并应加强人才、品牌的培养。(丹妮)

Abstract:In face of the crisis and problems in liquor-making industry in Sichuan province,some national famous authorities,experts and enterprise managers were gathered together to find solutions.Liquor-making industry in Sichuan province had the following serious problems:small but complete liquor production scale required rearrangement of liquor-making resources;lack of skillful researchers,technicians,managers and salesmen was also an important disadvantage factor for health development of liquor-making industry in Sichuan.Accordingly,enterprises must focus on basic research on applied techniques,being the base for enterprise development,which played an important role in the improvement of product quality and product yield and in the innovation of production techniques,be-sides,enterprise should strengthen talent education and brand culture.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
