Sichuan Liquor-making Industry Tried for New Breakthrough——Review of ′2004 Sichuan Liquor-making Industry Annual Meeting

In face of the crisis and problems in liquor-making industry in Sichuan province,some national famous authorities,experts and enterprise managers were gathered together to find solutions.Liquor-making industry in Sichuan province had the following serious problems:small but complete liquor production scale required rearrangement of liquor-making resources;lack of skillful researchers,technicians,managers and salesmen was also an important disadvantage factor for health development of liquor-making industry in Sichuan.Accordingly,enterprises must focus on basic research on applied techniques,being the base for enterprise development,which played an important role in the improvement of product quality and product yield and in the innovation of production techniques,be-sides,enterprise should strengthen talent education and brand culture.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
