| 摘 要： | 为了将有机膦项目工业化,使我国的相关生产企业降低生产成本,实现脂肪醇完全国产,抚顺石化和兰州共同进行了中试试验。此次中试试验采取搬迁兰州原20 t/年有机膦催化剂中试装置,并对原装置进行了八项技术改进。此次试验基本达到了中试的目的,生产出了合格产品,为有机膦催化剂产业化奠定了基础,而且使我国掌握了一种新的羰基合成配位催化剂的生产技术。

| Abstract: | In order to make the industry of organic phosphine catalyst and make our relevant enterprise decrease the production cost,and achieve the academic of aliphatic alcohol completely,Fushun Petrochemical Company and Lanzhou had a test about industrial experiment.Organic phosphine catalyst was moved plant from Lanzhou to Fushun Petrochemical Company,and eight improvements were made on the basis.This experiment get the expected achievement of the middle experiment basically.The foundation for organic phosphine catalyst industrial production established.A new technique of carbonyl composition catalyst was mastered in our country. |
