| Abstract: | The following paper carries out function analysis on building product, accumulates and analyzes several construction schemes and construction cost information, implements effective control of engineering quality by construction cost management, and proposes relevant requirements for the management running through each stage of engineering construction, in order to increase engineering quality and investment benefits. |
