摘    要:压裂液连续混配技术具有即配即注、零残留胶液、可根据现场情况随时调整液体配比机动灵活的特点,但目前现场应用井温较低(≤100℃),排量较低(≤4m3/min),为满足大排量、高温深井的需要,开展了大排量、高温深井连续混配压裂液技术的研究。室内优选了流动性好、水解速度快、耐高温的速溶胍胶SG-5作为连续混配压裂液用稠化剂,研制了复合增效剂,同时具有助排、破乳、杀菌作用,实现一剂多效,节约成本,简化配液施工工序,降低作业强度,形成了适合中原油田井况的中低温液体有机硼交联体系(≤130℃)和耐高温固体有机硼交联体系(130℃~160℃),在剪切速率170s^-1连续剪切90min后粘度均保持在200mPa·s以上。大排量连续混配压裂液体系在中原油田应用9井次,施工成功率100%,最高温度达到163℃,最大排量4.8m3/min,为今后大排量、高温深井的连续混配压裂施工奠定了技术基础。

Abstract:Fracturing fluid continuous mixing technology has thecharacteristics that note, zero residual glue, according to adjust the ratio of liquid and flexible, but the field application of well temperature is low(〈100 ℃ ), volume is low (≤4 m3/min), in order to meet the large capacity, high temperature deep well fracturing to increase production the large capacity, high temperature, carry out deep research on continuous mixing fracturing fluid technology. Indoor selected instant guar gum SG-5 good fluidity, the hydrolysis speed, high temperature resistant as continuous mixing of fracturing fluid agent with thick, composite synergist was developed, withcleanup, demulsification, bactericidal effect, to achieve a more effective agent, save the cost, simplify the solution construction procedure, reduce the operating strength, the formation of the cryogenic liquid organic boron crosslinking system suitable for wells in Zhongyuan oilfield's ( ≤ 130 ℃ )and high temperature solid organic boron crosslinking system (130 ℃-160℃ ),continuous shearing in the shear rate of 90 min after 170 s^-1 viscosity wasmaintained above 200 mPa ·s. Large capacity continuous mixing of fracturing fluid system in Zhongyuan oil field application in 9 wells, the success rate of operation is 100 %, the highest temperature reached 163 ℃,the maximumdischarge capacity of 4.8 m3/min, for the future of large capacity, high temperature deep continuous mixing fracturing technology basis.
