摘    要:本系统以TI公司的TMS320F2812DSP为控制核心来设计无刷直流电机控制系统,系统中控制部分利用DSP的事件管理器EVA的比较模块来比较产生六路控制信号,并利用其捕获模块来获取转子位置传感器(霍尔传感器)的电平状态,再根据霍尔传感器的状态来控制电机换相,解决了系统中PWM信号的生成和电机速度反馈问题,方便地实现了电机的闭环控制,极大地简化了系统硬件设计,提高了系统的可靠性,减小了整个系统的体积.通过试验得到了PWM波形,最终实现了对电机正、反转控制的目的.

Abstract:This system takes TI Company's TMS320F2812DSP control core to design the brushless dc motor control system,In the system,the control part adopts the comparison module of EVA in event manager of DSP to produce six control signals,and uses the capture module to get the state level of the rotor position sensor (Hall sensor),then control motor commutation according to the state of Hall sensor.It solves the problem of the PWM signal generation in the system and the motor speed feedback,realizes the closed-loop control,simplifies the system hardware design greatly,improves the reliability of the system,reduces the volume of the entire system.Through the test,PWM waveform is obtained,and ultimately realizes the purpose of control to the motor for positive and reverse rotation.
