变电站静电感应电压风险的识别与控制

摘    要:为了对变电站中静电感应电压的风险进行识别,利用电容分压器法,对220 kV侯寨变电站的感应电压进行检测。检测结果显示:变电站内停电设备未直接接地或断开接地刀闸时,感应电压较高,远远超过安全限制;若将停电设备直接接地后,感应电压显著降低,满足安全限制要求,但人体高处作业感应电位与设备间存在的电位差仍可能导致人身或设备伤害,需采取防感应电措施。对检试结果进行分析,提出变电站静电感应电压风险控制措施。

Abstract:In order to indentify the risk of electrostatic induction voltage in substation, the capacitor voltage divider method is used to test the induction voltage in 220 kV Houzhai substation. Test results show that if the blackout equipment is not directly grounded or the grounding switch is opened, the induction voltage is higher and exceeds the security restriction. If the blackout equipment is directly grounded, the induction voltage is lower and satisfies the security restriction, but the potential difference between the induction voltage of human body at high attitude work and the device can still lead to the personal harm and device damage, which needs anti induction voltage measures. Risk control measures for the electrostatic induction voltage in substation are proposed base on the analysis of test results.
