摘    要:介绍了一种高精度数字式水平仪测量系统的软硬件设计,该仪器采用差动变压器式传感器LVDT,MSP430F149单片机作为控制单元.给出了传感器标定及非线性补偿的方法.研究结果表明:该系统的测量范围为±400",分辨力达到0.1",线性度可达0.33%,可广泛应用于建筑、机械和地质等各种场合.

Abstract:A new type of high accuracy digital gradienter measure system was introduced.A differential transformer sensor LVDT, and MSP430 microcontroller was took as the control unit. The paper presented the method of sensor demarcating and non-linearity compensating. The study result shows that the sensor has a measuring range of ±400", the resolving power of 0.1", the linearity of 0.33%. This gradienter can be widely used in construction site, machine or geologic survey and so on.
