摘    要:聚四氟乙烯基复合材料是重要的自润滑材料,应用广泛。根据填充材料的类别不同对聚四氟乙烯基复合材料进行了合理地分类,并阐述了不同填料对聚四氟乙烯基复合材料摩擦学特性的影响,分析和比较了不同填料的减摩抗磨机理,对于聚四氟乙烯基复合材料的科学研究和工程应用具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

Abstract:The polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) based composites,as significant self-lubricating materials,have been widely used,and they are one of the hottest research fields in polymer composites.In this paper,the PTFE based composites were classified reasonably into several types according to the sorts of fillers.The effects of different fillers on the tribological properties of PTFE composites were systematically presented,meanwhile,the anti-friction and anti-wear mechanisms of different fillers were also analyzed and compared in detail,which are good references and of great guidance significance for the reseach and engineering application of PTFE composites.
