| Abstract: | This article analyzes the current situation of real estate market development in Nanning city from the aspects of national policy background, social economic situation, and the housing supply demand relations, etc. and briefly analyzes ho-using market dynamic of Nanning city and the national policy in recent years, and hope to provide certain theoretical basis for the current situation of housing market development and its healthy development of Nanning city. |
