| Abstract: | At the critical moment of the developing and deep-ening railway reform, the security risk management becomes more and more important as the basis of the railway transport safety. This article elaborates the basic characteristics of rail-way team, analyzes the significant influence of group and team to the safety risk, and mainly discusses how to increase the safety production management. |
