| 摘 要： | 工程竣工结算的质量对工程造价有着重要的影响，因此提高建筑工程竣工结算的审核质量十分重要。本文叙述了工程竣工阶段审核的基本步骤以及工程竣工结算审核中存在的问题，提出了提高工程竣工审核质量的方法。
