| 摘 要： | 当前我国建筑部门对项目管理团队建设的重视程度越来越高。但是，从我国项目管理的效果来看并不理想。就此，本论文着重针对企业施工中如何构建高校的项目团队为主要探讨对象，并针对其进行细致性的分析提出了相关的建议。
