氯气氧化法合成四氯苯醌的研究

摘    要:以对苯二酚、氯气、冰醋酸、盐酸为原料,以醋酸与盐酸混合物(比例为6∶1)为溶剂,两釜串联通氯,三釜循环使用,阶段式程序自动升温反应,氯气使用量分三段程序变化,合成四氯苯醌,合成四氯苯醌的收率达到98%,纯度达到99%。

Abstract:With hydroquinone,chlorine,hydrochloric acid,acetic acid,acetic acid and hydrochloric acid in the mixture(ratio of 6∶1) as solvent,two kettle series connection to chlorine,three kettle for recycling,staged procedures for automatic temperature reaction,chlorine using volume three section four chloranil program changes,synthesis,synthesis of four chlorine by the yield was 98 %,99 % purity.
