大型轴类件楔横轧成形可行性分析

摘    要:目前国内外重型汽车等大型轴类件采用锻造成形,存在着效率低成本高等问题.本文利用Ansys/Dyna有限元软件,对楔横轧轧制大型轴类件进行有限元数值模拟,分析了随着轧件直径的增大,轧件内部应力、应变的变化规律和直径对轧件心部应力的影响,得出大型轴类件采用楔横轧成形是可行的,为实现大型轴类件高效化、节能化生产提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Aiming at the disadvantages of technology to form large-sized shaft-parts on heavy truck using forging method at present,by using Finite Element Method Ansys/Dyna software, the cross wedge rolling process of forming large-sized shaft-part is simulated.It is also to be analyzed that the varied rule of stress and strain with the increase of parts size and the affected rule of breakage of central point on part with the increase of diameter.The results showed that forming large-sized shaft-part by cross wedge rolling method is feasible.The analyzed result provides theory foundation for the production of large-sized shaft-parts with high efficient and saving energy.
