氧化铝纳米化修饰对环氧复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:为了研究微米填料表面纳米化修饰对环氧树脂(EP)复合材料和特高压盆式绝缘子性能的影响,采用羧酸法表面接枝技术,制备出不同粒径增加值的表面纳米化修饰的微–纳复合氧化铝(Al2O3)填料。通过掺混不同比例的微–纳复合Al2O3填料,制备了EP复合材料和特高压盆式绝缘子,测定其力学性能、热性能和电气性能,并与未掺混的复合材料和特高压盆式绝缘子进行对比。结果表明,掺杂羧酸法表面接枝的Al2O3填料后,复合材料和特高压盆式绝缘子热性能和电气性能基本不变,但力学性能提升明显。掺混比例为15%时,复合材料拉伸强度提升12.8%、弯曲强度提升10.9%,特高压盆式绝缘子压力试验破坏值提升17.5%。Al2O3表面接枝对于提高EP复合材料力学性能,提升特高压盆式绝缘子可靠性具有实际意义。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of micro-filler surface modification on the properties of epoxy resin (EP )composites and UHV basin insulator,surface nano-modified micro-nano alumina (Al2O3) filler with different particle size increase values was prepared by the surface grafting of carboxylic acid method. EP composites and UHV basin insulator were prepared by blending different proportions of micro-nano Al2O3 fillers to determine their mechanical properties,thermal properties and electrical properties,and compared with unblend EP composites and UHV basin insulator. The results show that the thermal and electric properties of EP composites and UHV basin insulator remains constant after blending carboxylic acid surface grafted Al2O3 filler. However,mechanical properties increase obviously,the tensile strength of EP composites increased by 12.8% while the flexible strength increased by 10.9%,the failure pressure value of UHV basin insulator increased by 17.5% when Al2O3 mass fraction is 15%. Al2O3 surface grafting has practical significance for improving the mechanical properties of epoxy composites and improving the reliability of UHV basin insulator.
