摘    要:为了提高椰壳纤维与聚乳酸(PLA)的界面粘结性能,改善复合材料的力学性能,采用碱处理和纤网–层叠复合模压成型联合工艺制备PLA/椰壳复合材料。通过对椰壳纤维表面形态、线密度及力学性能的表征,以及PLA/椰壳复合材料拉伸性能和弯曲性能的测试,分析联合工艺对PLA/椰壳复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,联合工艺有助于PLA/椰壳复合材料力学性能的提高,特别是对复合材料弯曲强度的改善,最大提高了4.7倍。碱处理对PLA/椰壳复合材料拉伸强度的影响最大,而对弯曲强度影响最小;复合成型工艺对PLA/椰壳复合材料弯曲强度有较大影响,其中复合成型压力影响最大。

Abstract:In order to improve the interfacial bonding property between coir fiber and polylactic acid (PLA),and the mechanical properties of PLA/coir composites,the PLA/coir composites were prepared by alkali treatment combined fiber meshlaminated composite molding process. Through the characterization of surface morphology,linear density and mechanical properties of coir fiber,and the tests of tensile and bending properties of PLA/coir composites,the effects of combined process on mechanical properties of PLA/coir composites were analyzed. The results show that the combined process can improve the mechanical properties of PLA/coir composites,especially the bending strength of the PLA/coir composites,with a maximum increase of 4.7 times. Alkali treatment has the greatest influence on the tensile properties of PLA/coir composites,while has the least effect on the bending strength. The composite forming process has a great influence on the bending strength of PLA/coir composites,and the forming pressure has the greatest influence.
