摘    要:目前我国化学防护面料开发已具备一定基础,但在防护等级、防护谱系、危化品测试能力等方面与发达国家尚有不小差距。为此,基于聚烯烃膜、聚卤代烯烃膜、阻燃织物的服用性能及防护性能研究,采用将多层高分子材料热压复合成型的方法,开发一种高等级化学防护面料。测试表明,该面料具有优异的断裂、撕破、抗刺穿及耐高低温性能,能够满足化学防护面料的服用性能要求,同时还具备对甲苯、氨水、二乙胺、四氢呋喃和浓硫酸防护 480 min以上的防护能力,表明开发的化学防护面料防护等级高,面向危化品事故灾害时可满足应急使用的要求。通过各层材料协同作用,实现了在化学防护面料上兼顾阻燃功能的需求,赋予了该产品更强的市场竞争力,可以在一定程度上替代国外进口产品,打破国外高等级化学防护面料的垄断现状。

Abstract:Development of chemical protective fabric in domestic industry has obtained certain achievements,but it is still far from developed countries in related to protective grade,variety,and evaluating ability of hazardous chemicals. So a high-grade chemical protective fabric was developed by lamination of multi-layer polymer materials,based on the research of polyole n lm, polyhalogenated ole n lm,and re resistant ber. The test results show that the fabric has excellent stretching,tearing,puncture resistance,and temperature resistance,and can meet basic wear demand of protective fabric. Further,the fabric has the ability to protect toluene,ammonia liquor,diethylamine,tetrahydrofuran,sulfuric acid for 480 min. The developed fabric holds high protective-grade and wide protective variety,supporting it can be equipped as personal protective equipment in emergency response tasks. The fabric also gets stronger market competitiveness by in aming retarding synergy of multiple-layer material. The product can replace imported fabrics, and break their market monopoly in some level.
