摘    要:简要叙述了聚合物刷的结构与特性,重点介绍了近年来通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)、可逆加成断裂链转移聚合(RAFT)、氮氧稳定自由基聚合(NMRP)、开环聚合(ROP)及多种活性自由基聚合联用技术制备聚合物刷的方法及其在医疗等领域的应用进展情况,概述了这几种制备方法的原理和特点,最后对聚合物刷的未来发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:The structure and characteristics of polymer brushes were briefly described,the preparation methods of polymer brushes including atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP),reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(RAFT),nitrogen-oxygen stable radical polymerization(NMRP),ring-opening polymerization(ROP)and combination technology of various living radical polymerization methods,and its application progress in the medical field and so on in recent years were introduced.The principles and characteristics of the several preparation methods were summarized.Finally,the future development direction of polymer brushes was prospected.
