摘    要:依据声学理论设计制作了一种声学匹配层结构的兆赫级高频超声塑料焊接振子,提出了一种兆赫频超声塑料焊接方法。采用有限元方法对兆赫频超声焊接振子进行了优化,以提高电–机转化效率从而使能量高效地用于焊接。对所研制的兆赫频超声焊接振子进行了振动测试,结果表明,焊接振子的有限元分析结果与实验测试结果较吻合,兆赫频焊接振子负载性能具有一定的稳定性。使用该兆赫频焊接振子对厚度0.25mm的聚氯乙烯两层薄板进行了焊接实验,在功率为30W的工况下即可实现较好的焊接强度,且表面质量较好,为兆赫级高频超声塑料焊接技术的发展提供了理论与应用基础。

Abstract:According to the acoustic theory,a high frequency ultrasonic plastic welding vibrator at megahertz level with acoustic matching layer was designed and made. A method of ultrasonic plastic welding with megahertz frequency was proposed. The finite element method was used to optimize the megasonic welding vibrator in order to improve conversion efficiency of the electrical energy-mechanical energy and enable the energy to weld efficiently. The vibration test of the welding vibrator was carried out. The results show that the finite element analysis results of the welding vibrator are in good agreement with the experimental results and its load performance is stable. The welding experiments were conducted under the condition of 30 W power,and good welding strengthen and surface quality for two lapped 0.25 mm thick PVC sheets were achieved,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the development of high frequency megasonic plastic welding technology.
