碳纳米管改性PA6复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:以YY–702为增容偶联改性剂,采用熔融共混方法分别制备尼龙(PA)6/碳纳米管(CNTs)-10,PA6/CNTs-5复合材料,系统研究了YY–702用量对复合材料的熔体流动速率(MFR)、力学性能和热力学行为的影响.结果表明,随着YY–702含量增加,PA6/CNTs复合材料的拉伸强度呈上升趋势;当YY–702质量分数分别为3%和4%时,PA6/CNTs-10,PA6/CNTs-5复合材料的拉伸强度达到最大值,分别为72.2 MPa和75.8 MPa.随着YY–702含量的增加,复合材料的MFR逐渐降低,当YY–702质量分数≥3%时,MFR基本保持不变,添加CNTs-5的MFR相对较小.差示扫描量热分析表明,对于PA6/CNTs-10和PA6/CNTs-5两种复合材料,当YY–702质量分数分别小于3%和4%时,熔融曲线和结晶曲线均未出现YY–702的熔融峰和结晶峰;而继续增大用量后分别在152.3℃和150.4℃处出现较为明显的YY–702的熔融峰.YY–702对PA6/CNTs-10和PA6/CNTs-5产生了较好的增容偶联效果,最佳用量分别为3%和4%.

Abstract:Polyamide(PA)6/CNTs-10 and PA6/CNTs-5 blends were prepared by melt blending with YY–702 as compatibilization and coupling modifier. The effects of YY–702 content on melt index,mechanical properties and thermodynamic behavior of the blends were systematically studied. The results show that tensile strength of PA6/CNTs composites increase with the increase of YY–702 content,and the melt flow index decreases gradually. When the mass fraction of YY–702 is 3%,the tensile strength of PA6 /CNTs-10 blends reaches the maximum value of 72.2 MPa,and when the amount of YY–702 is 4%,the tensile strength of PA6/ CNTs-5 blends reach the maximum value of 75.8 MPa. When the content of YY–702 is greater than or equal to 3%,the melt flow index remain basically unchanged,and the melt flow index of CNTs-5 is relatively small. For the blends of PA6 /CNTs-10 and PA6 /CNTs-5,when the dosage of YY–702 is less than 3% and 4% respectively,the melting and crystallization peaks of YY–702 are not found on the corresponding curve. The melt peaks of YY–702 were observed at 152.3℃(in the PA6/CNTs-10 system)and 150.4℃(in the PA6/CNTs-5 system),respectively. Generally speaking,YY–702 produces good compatibilization and coupling effects on PA6/CNTs-10 and PA6/CNTs-5 blends,the optimum dosage is 3%(in the PA6/CNTs-10 system) and 4%(in the PA6/ CNTs-5 system),respectively.
