PUR/PMMA发泡复合材料及其室内隔音性能

摘    要:采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微粒、膨胀石墨等制备了聚氨酯(PUR)/PMMA/膨胀石墨发泡复合材料,并比较了PMMA微粒在5%和10%两种含量时的PUR复合材料隔音性能和力学性能。结果表明,当PMMA微粒含量为5%时,PUR复合材料对600~1200Hz和1600~2000Hz波段噪音的吸收系数高于50%,对200~2000Hz波段噪音的平均插入损失为18dB,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、压缩强度、导热系数和极限氧指数分别为218MPa,14%,0.26MPa,0.031W/(m·K)和28.2%;当PMMA微粒含量为10%时,PUR复合材料对400~2000Hz波段噪音的吸收系数均高于50%,对200~2000Hz波段噪音的平均插入损失为21dB,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、压缩强度、导热系数和极限氧指数分别为210MPa,15%,0.30MPa,0.033W/(m·K)和28.4%,是一种较为理想的建筑用隔音、保温和阻燃材料,能有效降低室内噪音污染。

Abstract:Polyurethane(PUR)/polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)/expanded graphite composites were prepared by using isophorone diisocyanate,polyether polyol,PMMA particulate and expanded graphite.The sound insulation and mechanical properties of PUR composites with 5%and 10%PMMA particles were compared.The results show that when PMMA particle content is 5%,the absorption coefficient of the composites for noise in 600-1 200 Hz and 1 600-2 000 Hz bands is higher than 50%,and the average insertion loss for noise in 200-2 000 Hz band is 18 dB.The tensile strength,elongation at break,compressive strength,thermal conductivity and ultimate oxygen index are 218 MPa,14%,0.26 MPa,0.031 W/(m·K)and 28.2%,respectively.When PMMA particle content is 10%,the absorption coefficient of the composites for noise in 400-2 000 Hz bands is all higher than 50%,the average insertion loss of noise in 200-2 000 Hz band is 21 dB.Its tensile strength,elongation at break,compressive strength,thermal conductivity and limiting oxygen index are 210 MPa,15%,0.30 MPa,0.033 W/(m·K)and 28.4%respectively.It is an ideal building sound insulation,thermal insulation and flame retardant material which can effectively reduce indoor noise pollution.
