纤维增强EP复合材料摩擦学性能研究进展

Research Progress on Tribological Properties of Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Composites

The characteristics and research progress of epoxy resin and three main fibers were briefly introduced,and the research progress of the tribological properties of fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites in recent years was summarized.The tribological properties of glass fiber reinforced epoxy composites,carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composites and natural fiber reinforced epoxy composites were emphatically studied,and some important factors influencing the tribological properties and adjustment methods were revealed.The preparation process of bamboo fiber reinforced epoxy composites and linen fiber reinforced epoxy composites,as well as the methods and mechanisms of improving the tribological properties of the composites were introduced in detail.The tribological properties of basalt fiber reinforced epoxy composites and aramid fiber reinforced epoxy composites were also introduced.The market development trend of fiber reinforced epoxy composites were pointed out:the natural fiber reinforced epoxy composites and basalt fiber reinforced epoxy composites would have great application prospects.
