摘    要:利用改进Hummer’s方法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),采用流延成膜法将其与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)混合制备具有紫外线吸收功能的PVDF/GO复合膜。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、广角X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱分析等技术手段对GO和PVDF/GO复合膜的化学结构进行表征;通过紫外-可见分光光度计测试GO溶液的吸光度和薄膜的紫外光透过率;通过热重分析和场发射扫描电子显微镜对制备薄膜的热稳定性和形貌进行测试和表征。结果表明,GO溶液在紫外光区有高的吸光度,在227 nm处的吸光度达到最大值0.67。添加GO之后的复合薄膜化学结构变化明显,紫外光区的透过率急剧降低。当GO质量分数为1%时,制备的复合膜在对材料老化影响更严重的280~320 nm的紫外光透过率小于1.8%,具有很好的紫外线吸收功能。

Abstract:Graphene oxide(GO)was synthesized by modified Hummer’s method.The UV-absorbing polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/GO composite membranes were fabricated via film casting method.The chemical structure of GO and PVDF/GO composite membranes were characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer.UV-visible spectrometer was used to measure the absorbance of GO solution and UV transmittance of the prepared composite membranes.The thermal stability and morphology of the membranes were investigated by thermogravimetry and fieldemitting scanning electron microscope.The test results prove the GO solution has high absorbance within UV region and the highest one is 0.67 at 227 nm.The chemical structures of the composite membranes change a lot after GO layers are added to PVDF and the UV transmittance of modified membranes dramatically reduces.When the content of GO is 1 wt%,the UV transmittance of obtained composite membrane is lower than 1.8% at the range of 280–320 nm which has worse effect on the aging of materials.Therefore,the composite membrane has excellent UV absorbing performance.
