摘    要:针对壁厚1.5 mm的薄壁轮罩做一模两腔的模具设计方案,通过优化模具结构包括增加排气镶件、调整浇口规格、尺寸、优化产品结构暨增设引流道的方式,改善薄壁轮罩充填不满的现状,达到零件外观质量好、提高注塑生产效率、降低模具成本的目的.

Abstract:For the thin wall wheel cover with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, a two cavity mold design plan was made. By optimizing the die structure, including increasing the exhaust insert, adjusting the gate size and size, optimizing the product structure and adding the drainage way, the present situation of filling dissatisfaction of the thin-walled wheel housing was improved, and the appearance quality of zero parts was improved, and the injection production efficiency was improved. The purpose of reducing die cost was achieved.
