聚烯烃高值化改性及其应用研究进展

摘    要:综述了聚烯烃材料的高值化改性方法以及改性聚烯烃材料在导电、介电、透光、发光等领域中的应用.通过物理或化学方法在聚烯烃中引入碳材料是制备导电聚烯烃的主要手段,通常能有效降低聚烯烃的电阻率;通过共聚和共混的方法,也可以改变聚烯烃的介电性能或赋予其离子传导性能,从而应用到电容器或锂电池中.通过共聚的方法改变聚烯烃材料的结晶性能,能够制备出具有高透光性环烯烃共聚物材料;若在聚烯烃主链或侧链中引入共轭结构,还能赋予其优异的发光性能,从而应用到光电等领域中.

Abstract:The high-value modification methods of polyolefin materials and the applications of modified polyolefin materials in the fields of conductivity,dielectric,light transmission and luminescence were reviewed. The introduction of carbon materials into polyolefins by physical or chemical methods was the main method to prepare conductive polyolefins,which can effectively reduce the resistivity of polyolefins. Copolymerization and blending methods can also change the dielectric properties of polyolefins or afford polyolefins with ionic conductivity,which can be applied in capacitors or lithium batteries. Polyolefin copolymers with high transmittance can be prepared by copolymerizing polyolefin materials. If the conjugate structure was introduced into the main or side chains of polyolefins,it can also give them excellent luminescent properties,which can be applied in the fields of optoelectronics.
