汽车侧后视镜壳体注塑模具设计

摘    要:在分析后视镜壳体工艺性能的基础上,设计了一套一模两腔的液压抽芯热流道两板模具。详细介绍了分型面、型腔布局、成型零件、浇注系统、抽芯与脱模的设计和模具工作过程。该模具成型零件采用了镶嵌模仁结构,便于加工和维修;浇注系统采用了两点平衡布置的热流道结构和热点浇口进料的方式,实现了无凝料浇注和平衡浇注;脱模机构采用了以斜顶顶出为主和顶块、顶杆顶出为辅的组合顶出机构,实现产品顶出和内抽芯同步进行;外抽芯巧妙运用斜楔原理,设计了特殊的上、下滑块液压抽芯结构,满足了抽芯时上滑块先向下脱模,再向外运动抽芯的要求,解决了模具设计难题。实践证明,该模具结构合理,运行良好,不仅保证了产品质量,而且节省了原材料,缩短了时间。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the technological performance of rear view mirror shell, a set of hydraulic core pulling hot runner mold with one mold two cavities was designed. The design of the parting surface, the layout of cavity, forming parts, pouring system,core pulling and ejection was introduced,as well as the working process. The molding parts adopted the structure of inlaid die kernel,which was convenient for processing and maintenance. The hot runner structure with two-point balanced arrangement and the feeding mode of hot point gate were adopted in the gating system to realize non-condensate pouring and balanced pouring. The ejection mechanism adopted a combined ejection mechanism with inclined ejection as the main part and ejection of ejector block and ejector rod as the auxiliary part to realize the synchronization of product ejection and internal core pulling. Based on the principle of inclined wedge,a special hydraulic core-pulling structure of upper and lower sliders was designed,which satis ed the requirement that the upper slider demoulded downward rst and then moved outward during core pulling,it solved the dif culty of the design. The practice proves that the mold is designed reasonably and runs reliably. It not only improves the quality of the rear view mirror shell, but also saves materials and shortens the molding cycle.
