建筑工程用聚氨酯复合材料的成分及性能分析

摘    要:针对热塑性聚氨酯高聚物的特殊功能,同时结合材料需要达到的性能要求,优化设计了聚氨酯复合材料的组成,其中主要成分为异氰酸酯和多元醇。结合复合材料的正交各向异性,定义三向垂直坐标,全面分析了聚氨酯高聚物固熔体塑料的牛顿力学特性和流动机理,为流体型塑料固结时的成型流动机理做铺垫。进一步探讨了复合聚氨酯高聚物塑性材料由熔体到固体时的综合力学性能,聚氨酯高聚物注浆材料的力学特性随密度的增大而变得优良,力学性能与材料密度成指数增长形式,在承受最大弯曲强度35 MPa内断裂伸长率不能超过6%,对于10 cm的试件破坏时的变形为6~10 mm,力学性能与材料密度成2次抛物线的关系。这些都为新材料的合成和新材料的应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the special features of special plastic polyurethane polymer and combining with the material need to meet performance requirements,composition of polyurethane composites was optimized.The main components are isocyanate and polyol inside.Combined with orthogonal anisotropy of composite materials,three-way vertical coordinates was defined,the polyurethane polymer solid solution Newtonian mechanics characteristic and the flow mechanism of plastic were comprehensively analysised to pave the way for the forming flow mechanism of fluid-type plastics during consolidation.The comprehensive mechanical properties of composite polyurethane polymer plastics from solution to solid were further discussed.The mechanical properties of polyurethane polymer grouting materials become better with the increase of density.The mechanical properties and density of the materials grow exponentially.The elongation within the maximum bending strength of 35 MPa cannot exceed 6%.The deformation of 10 cm specimen is 6-10 mm.The relationship between mechanical properties and material density show a quadratic parabola.All these provide a theoretical basis for the synthesis and application of new materials.
