二硫化钨改性摩擦摆支座PTFE材料的力学性能

摘    要:针对摩擦摆支座聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材料耐磨性差的问题,利用二硫化钨(WS2)填充改性PTFE,开展了拉伸性能、硬度等相关试验来分析复合材料的各项基本力学性能。结果显示,随着微米级和纳米级WS2含量的增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率会减小,硬度和密度会增大,耐压缩变形能力会提高;WS2含量的多少对复合材料密度影响较大,而粒径大小对其影响不大;采用微米级与纳米级含量为2%,4%,6%的WS2填充改性PTFE板在一定程度上减小了由于上部荷载作用而产生的压缩变形,提高了PTFE材料的耐磨性能,采用微米级含量为2%和纳米级含量为6%的WS2来改善摩擦滑移材料,耐压缩变形能力会更好,从而可以更好地改善摩擦滑移材料磨耗性能。研究结果可为改善摩擦摆支座的性能提供依据。

Abstract:At present,the wear-resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in friction pendulum bearing is poor,so PTFE was modified by filling with tungsten disulfide (WS2). The basic mechanical properties of the composites were analyzed through the related tests such as tensile properties and hardness. The results show that with the increase of the content of micron and nano- WS2,the tensile strength and elongation at break decrease,the hardness and density increase,and the ability to resist to compressive deformation increases. The content of WS2 has a great influence on the density of the composites,but the particle size has little effect on it. The modified PTFE plate with 2%,4% and 6% contents of micron and nano-WS2 can reduce the compressive deformation caused by the upper load,which can improve the wear-resistance property of the PTFE material. The modified PTFE plate with 2% content of micron-WS2 and 6% content of nano-WS2 can improve the ability of composite to resist to compressive deformation better,and the wear-resistance property of PTFE slip material can be improved better. The research results can provide a basis for improving the performance of friction pendulum bearings.
