摘    要:采用纤维强伸度仪、拉曼光谱和X射线衍射,对比了不同清洗温度下获得的碳纤维(CF)的单丝拉伸强度、失重率和表面的无序程度,通过扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜和X射线光电子能谱,对比了清洗前后CF表面的形貌和元素含量的变化。CF的失重率随着清洗温度的升高而增大,当清洗温度为125℃时,CF的失重率为1.27%。伴随着清洗温度的升高,CF单丝的拉伸强度与表面的无序程度都呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势,当清洗温度为125℃时,单丝拉伸强度和D峰与G峰的峰面积比值(ID/IG值)均达到最大值,分别为4692MPa和4.56。清洗后CF表面的粗糙度明显降低,当清洗温度为125℃时,平均粗糙度由清洗前的25.9nm降低至3.00nm,清洗后CF表面的氧元素含量降低了29.5%。CF表面的最佳的清洗温度为125℃。

Abstract:The fiber tensile strength meter,Raman spectra and X-ray diffraction were used to compare the tensile strength, weight loss rate and surface disorder of carbon fiber (CF) obtained under different cleaning temperature conditions. The surface morphology and element content of the CF surface before and after cleaning were compared by scanning electron micrograph,atomic force micrograph and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The weight loss rate of CF enhances with the increase of cleaning temperature. When the cleaning temperature is 125℃,the weight loss rate of CF is 1.27%. With the increase of cleaning temperature,the tensile strength of CF monofilament and the disorder degree of CF surface show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. When the cleaning temperature is 125℃,the tensile strength of the CF monofilament and the peak area ratio of D peak and G peak (ID/ IG value) reach the maximum value of 4 692 MPa and 4.56,respectively. After cleaning,the surface roughness of the CF surface is significantly reduced. When the cleaning temperature is 125℃,the average roughness is reduced from 25.9 nm before cleaning to 3.00 nm,the oxygen content of the CF surface is reduced by 29.5%. The best cleaning temperature is 125℃.
