HR3C钢焊接材料替代工艺

摘    要:首先对新型耐热HR3C钢焊接性及其所用替代焊丝Thermanit617(ERNiCrCoMo-1的焊接性进行分析,然后采用GTAW焊接工艺,将Thermanit617镍基合金焊丝作填充材料,焊制HR3C钢管接头,并对试件接头力学性能、耐晶间腐蚀性能及组织特征等进行了测试和分析,试验结果表明HR3C钢采用Thermanit617镍基焊丝替代焊材YT-HR3C焊接是可行的。

Abstract:The paper analyzes weldability of new heat-resistant HR3C steel and its substitution welding wire--Thermanit617 ( ERNiCrCoMo-1 ), then GTAW welding process is used to weld HR3C steel pipe joint with Thermanit617 as fillet. Inspection and analysis for mechanical properties, antiintergranular corrosion properties and structural features of test pipe joint are carded out. The test results show that it is feasible to weld HR3C steel with Thermanit617 nickel base welding wire substitution for welding material YT-HR3C.
